This is just my feelings on it
panel 1: After rain has fallen you get that white out look kinder storm weather or early morning before the sun comes up
panel 2: overcast rainy
panel 3: early morning sun is raising
panel 4: night time
panel 5: sun setting
panel 6: middle of the morning bright and sunny day
