To think that I was about to do another of my favorite ponies..I had HNNNG moment when I thought of this and I couldn't help myself. So here you go, poor little filly Fluttershy.
I'm not sure I nailed the tears 100% but they look ok I guess

Personally, I would make the tears overlapping the eye, and make the dripping tear partially transparent. Take a look here for an example: [link]

Thanks for the tip, Im going to be honest i struggled a bit with the tears. Since i didn't have a color to copy i had to guess the my way forward with the colors.
I look at some other crying ponies and tried to copy what they had done and see if it looked all right. Looking at yours i see now what i should try to pull off, they look great
I have faved it for later reference. Thanks for the feedback. Practice makes perfect
