Skullman from Megaman 4! I've been working on this on and off for a few weeks.He's slightly more ominous looking than he appears in the game.. I'm not sure if I want to do more pictures like this but maybe some day. I don't really know which Megaman character I would pick next, Metalman maybe. Though I think it would be funny to try to draw Topman as if he were really "serious".. I don't even know how I'd do it, maybe make him like "The Joker" or something

Skullman was probably one of the more creepier characters of the Robot Masters, and you really did him justice here!
