I want a chair like that. Love the colors. Really natural feeling.
I like how you incorporated the 'retro coupe' in this as well.

hmmm, it is a well composed piece, however just a few things taht take away form it, firstly i think u shouldn't have copied and pasted the lights and the carpet, it looks obvious and really draws my eye to them. What r u doin this for?
Good concept tho. i like how u have used the retro coupe in the pic

Man, retro is all about the curves! The lines look really scraggaly (especially the wires to the light fixtures). If I were you, I'd really clean up all of it so it was extra-slick and just had really sexy curves on everything, then put a cool, thin outline that's sorta independent from the object. Y'know what I mean? Like, off-center and slightly off where the outline should be in certain parts to really accent the curves. You do it on the picture frame in the background, but I think it should be cleaner, y'know?
I really really love where you're going with this. Retro is such a great style. Keep studying examples of old retro ads and stuff. I know you'll definitely make some really cool things with it.

ah k sounds cool. i might make changes and submit them both in a pack. cos before i even thought of doing retro, i wanted to use my tablet cos it gives that handrawn effecy. and i totally agree with what ur saying about what retro is. i think ive gotta stop doing something cso "i really want to do it" and do what should be done - ie straight curves. adn use the scrbible style on anotehr piece. thanks again.

Haha. I haven't been spoiled with a pen tablet. Do you use a Wacom? I'm looking into investing in one. Any model/brand suggestions?
