Really happy with this shot, and I must thank Hougaard, who's tutorial on ND filter simulation that I used... Thanks!
Hah, spent the afternoon down in Caloundra a long the beach, and thought I'd try a long exposure on water.

Two exposures, one for the water, one for the sky, ND8 also used.

The blending of the exposures is little dodgy at places, so any tips or other critique on the image would be greatly appreciated.

That said, any comments and favs are also GREATLY appreciated

I was definitely thinking of heading down to the beach this weekend to get some good shots, now that some clouds have come out and the sky is actually interesting

Hey awhile ago you asked me where my photo "Early Light" was taken.... this is the place!!! Right here where you took these two pics!! I live on the Gold Coast but these rocks are my favourite place to shoot!! Can't wait till I'm back there again!

Try this location for sunrise... start about 20 min before it rises on a day with some nice clouds .

Yeah, they're a good thing to have, so is money!
I want to get some stronger Grads soon, but I think I should wait until I get my 40D and Sigma 10-20 because what I buy now won't fit that

I have the 40D and I'm slowly saving up for the Sigma 10-20 but I think I'm going to spend the extra money and get the Canon 10-20

Yeah, it worked a charm, I'll be using it until i get some stronger NDGrads, I've only got an ND2, which is weak as lol.
