It looks like digital art, there's something clean and sleek here you normally find in digi art. She looks so sad, as if her hopes and dreams had been whipped away by the wind.

yeah, I was surprised by this myself
I tried for perfection on this one and is one of the few I actually did multiple drafts on, I tried to make sure every line was in place and nothing got too messy

Is this done only in pencil? Neat

I love the eyes
The way the hair and ribbons seem to be blown by a soft invisible wind
The pattern on the kimono is simply beautiful and although it doesn't have a mouth that actually adds to the picture
The shading is my favorite part though, mostly because I cannot shade very well and I respect those who can pull it off <3

she looks almost like a ghost, what happened to her?
the kimono's patterns are beautiful, but I don't think the bows in the back are supposed to be that big

I was going for a "ghosty" feeling
thus the title, she has a sad story tell you
and in anime, things can be all size xD

Nice piece of work, like the kimono a lot and specially the flow of the bows in her hair. The greys are well balanced, you are probably missing some completely black areas to sharpen the contrast. And what about the background??
