Another TMNT OC! Sam Winkler was an ordinary fry cook from a restaurant in New York, but he was extremely intelligent, always inventing new gadgets to help with business in his spare time. He was also an effective kickboxer.. It was because of his brain power that he was kidnapped by the Foot Clan for Shredder to have him mutated into a soldier to serve him. But something went wrong. Stockman tried to give him Coral DNA , but some sea sponge DANA was mixed in. As a result, two new mutants we're created: a sea sponge scientist with a sentient brain Coral living inside his head. His arms turned into legs with hands that let him run on his hands, with his legs turning into smaller arms with two new additional hands! He and his now sentient brain escaped before the Footbots could capture them, and fled to the sewers. After heading back to his house, Sam constructed a weapon that shoots condiments. This might not sound dangerous, but YOU try getting hit with liquid travelling at 97 miles per hour! Sam gave the weapon to his newly sentient brain after he found out he could shoot streams of bubbles from his holes. Later on, after going underground, he got caught up in a battle between the Turtles and Tiger Claw. Knowing any enemy of the Shredder was their friend, Sam and his brain Coral brain, whom he dubbed "Craniac", assisted the Turtles, driving off the Footbots and Tiger Claw. After receiving the nickname "Soapscum Sam" from Michaelangelo due to his bubble powers, he and Craniac became allies With the Turtles. He would later join the Mighty Mutanimals and became their cook, but Sam and Craniac occasionally butt heads with Dr Rockwell, seeing as they are both mutants geniuses.
Based off SpongeBob, seeing as how he and the Turtles are both on Nickelodeon.
