Muses in these worlds aren't actual immortal or mortal creatures, though they are inspired by European mythology's muses. These entities are the mental and physical aspects of the individual that summoned them manifested into the real world, and since most people are quite complex; the amount and types of muses a single person can summon are quite vast. A muse's powers and strength depend on their originating individual's physical, mental, and magical strength and state, and because of this, they have the potential to become very powerful pawns in battle and other activities since they are basically stronger semi-clones of their manifestor. Of course, such powers must be balanced, less the destruction and disintegration of the universe and possibly beyond occurring, so the requirements to be able to manifest such entities are quite a heavy task to fulfill; enabling only powerful, knowledgeable, and determined mortals and deities alike to have the chance at wielding such power.
