so this was from an old fic me and a friend was working on, (colliding fortune)Βfuture shadow was from this fic

where sonic grew old but shadow being immortal stayed the same age, and had to watch everyone around him die, sonic (who is his partner in this) being the last of his friends to pass away.
It doesn't seem like that fic is going to ever be finished so i thought i would draw a comic from one of my fav parts -u-

OMG, thats so sad! It reminds me of all those mlp comics and pictures where Twilight has to come to terms with the fact that she has outlived her friends due to her immortality as an alicorn. This is the tragic drawback of immortality: you may live forever but youβll forever be alone because those you love will eventually pass on and youβll never be able to join them in eternal paradise because of your everlasting lifeΒ
