Just beautiful! While the forms are a bit "blurry" with an airy feel it overall adds to the whispy, ethereal nature of the character and her enigmatic style; the mix of various colours both natural, candy & irregular despite conflicting tendencies all harmonize together for a exuberant medley of emotions, feelings & expression all at once; the main tone of smoooth shiny jade (mostly in her hair and eyes) helps keep the order within the flourish. Also the fact that you're great with rendering wholesome forms (as seen in the fleshy weight of the rose petals and the healthy shoulderline of Clefairy) makes this all the more awesome. An unworldly portrait and OC!
