Every so often, I'll make a gift for some artist whose work impresses me enough that I believe they deserve something special for their efforts. I adore Colonel Strawberry's unique, Looney Tunes meets anime style. It's a interesting mishmash that combines style with sophistication as CS works in a variety of styles, concepts, and subjects.So, here's a neat little avatar for all the wonderful art!

OOOOHHHHHH I get it!
lol, I saw this A LONG time ago, and this is actually how I found CS... But the last character that you have there "CS" I always thought it said "IZ" (I know, the z would be backwards, but thats what I thought)
SO, I was always confused because I could never find a character called IZ in her gallery... I cant believe it took me until now to figure that out ^_^

I love CS's works and characters, and it's great that you decided to meke this gift for her. Not only because it's a nice thing to do, but because it's an AWESOME present. Incredible animation; I need to fave ^^

I love the unique expressions and characters that come through with those quick flashes, like something you'd see in an intro for a cartoon. Brilliant!

I saw this person's gallery just now, and I don't see where you're seeing anime (actually manga!) OR Looney Tunes.
I see more of a 80's-early 90's Disney type of style.

It's in how the characters are built and some of the style, I'm not saying it's duplicating anything but I see the influence.

They all look so great in your style, and your animating always makes me jealous regardless of subject... but seeing all their silly little faces just makes me so happy!

The expression on each character's animation expresses a lot about them. I especially love when CS snaps his fingers.
