I'm not sure if it is registered. It's way out in the middle of nowhere in an unincorporated township. It's privately owned and the guy said "It's just an old house." He mentioned that the foundation has issues. It's 150 years old, so I'd imagine settling has caused some undesired issues with the inside. Probably won't be restored, sadly.

I like how the laws for care of historical properties can be so different, and then not produce the desired results.... When I was on vacation in South America, my friend was saying how sad it is that the historical buildings in her city keep getting torn down or damaged because there aren't any laws protecting them. I kind of laughed because where I'm from, there are so many laws to protect historical buildings that no one can afford them, so they are left abandoned and fall apart on their own.
