all 6 of the Robins who work with Batman in the main continuity (to the best of my knowledge - though Duke only works with Batman when he becomes Signal IIRC). I drew each of them at the age they started being Robin at, so Damian isn't in his most recent costume and so on.

I was trying to draw them so that you can tell who each of them is by looking at them, because often their costumes wind up similar.

Dick got his silver age costume, but with pants. I didn't want to give him the rebirth costume because I felt like it looked to same-y to Jason and Tim's rebirth costumes - just generally sleek and armored. Which is a fine look, but I'd like them to have different aesthetics when I'm seeing them. My internal logic for why it looks less armored is because he was the first Robin, and maybe Batman didn't have his bullet-proof tween clothing catalogue made yet.

In young Justice, they mention Dick started being Robin at 9, but we can let him start at 12 (which I think is canon for new earth anyway?) 9 is really, really young to be going around punching criminals, especially without any training.

Jason wears pretty much what he was shown wearing in.. new 52? Rebirth? IDK. We'll just go with "Prime Earth" since I think that's the continuity. It felt unique enough I didn't bother editing it, and also I don't think he had a unique robin costume when he was robin in the 1980s, so there was no need for me to try to fit that in.

I think he started at 13 or 14. Maybe he was 13 when KO'd Batman with the car wrench and 14 when he was done with his 6 months training? I'm unsure how long he is Robin in Prime Earth, but I'm letting him be Robin for at least 2 years. Anything less seems... too small tbh. Especially for how much it affected him.

Tim is IIRC 13 when he starts being Robin, canonically. I gave him the similar structure to his rebirth costume, but with the colors of his post infinite crisis costume. I liked it better when he was the one Robin without the green, because it felt like they were keeping him more different looking from the others. when 3-4* out of your 6 robins are pale skinned guys with black hair, you can use all the differentiating features you can get.

*3 if they remember not to whitewash Damian, 4 if they don't

Steph starts being Robin at I think 16? I guessed she was 15 or 16 when she was spoiler just from how they drew her. She's got pretty much her canon costume. her body type varies wildly with artists so I just drew her kind of athletic.

Damian is the smallest, especially wedged between two teenagers he looks itty bitty He's got his first Robin costume (Well, second, if you count the time he stole one after beating up Tim). He also has swords, because he is Sword Robin ™

Duke gets his canon costume. I like that it is very visually distinct from the others, but think a mask might be cool Though I guess he and the other We Are Robin kids were sneaking around at night and trying to avoid authorities anyway, so maybe no one was looking at his face? Also I got the gist he wasn't super invested in a secret identity, he seemed to just want to get away from the authorities who were trying to set him up in a home he didn't want and find his parents.
