Graphite, 11 x 14". I gave this sort of a Japanese/tribal/barbarian princess combo treatment. I gave her the name Katsumi, which means victorious beauty.

I want to give a big thanks to for allowing me to use one of his photos as reference. He is not a stock provider, but after seeing the awesome photo, I had asked if I could use it for a drawing. He was gracious enough to say yes. I also want to thank his friend for the pose ( model in the photo).
