I do not consider myself a cat-lover. But this, ma'am, is classy beyond specie-ism.

But if this is an anthropomorphic cat filling the niche humans occupy in our reality, one can suppose that humans don't exist in their reality. Why, then, would there be a book called "Of Mice and Men", which intuitively should be called "Of Mice and Cats"? Except if in their language "men" does denote male and/or all anthropmorphic cats and not humans (humen?).
Yes, I know, I'm overthinking a background joke.

Okay, I'm overthinking a background detail.

Ah! Yeah, I missed that.
You switch to italic by putting "i" between angle brackets at the beginning and "/i" in angle brackets at the end.
E.g., if you remove the two spaces in the following line
< i>Tada!< /i>
you get
Tada!
Replace "i" with "b" for bold, "u" for underlined, "strike" for strikethrough.

Ohh...and yes, I always wondered how people put lines through their words. Thanks for the info!

Okay, let me test this...
This word will be in italic

Well, I was trying not to add too much detail to the background so as not to take focus away from that cat. On the same hand, I wanted some detail to try and create some atmosphere. Believe me, I was not even thinking in terms of anthro when making it and in fact, when it came time to post this, I was not sure if it qualified to be in that category or not so I just put it in the traditional/animals section.
