The colour choice here is lovely, and I like the way the mist seems to be closing around her.
The spots on her dress are interesting but I think they draw your eye too much. To my mind it isn't her body that's the focus of this picture but her head, her arm, and the stars of her soul behind and above her. The spots on her dress keep pulling my eyes away from these and I think that takes some of the impact away from the picture. A plain dress might work better.
I think it's interesting that the soul-stars seem to draw a question mark against the sky. You may not have intended that, but I think it adds an extra layer of meaning to the picture!

it is a great idea and well carried out... I like the colors and the flow of the image... the only thing I'm personally not too fond of, are the dark spots on her dress... doesn't add anything to the picture and looks a bit off...
