Description
This is a male form of Chansey. Frankly I don't think any species of pokemon should be limited to one gender. How would they breed? So hope you folks like it.---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Type: Noraml
Evolves from male Happiny at LV. 15
Fakedex: Male Happinies are only born when the population of the group of Chansy has gone down. Most Chansy are born pregnant with an egg in their pouches and Chanso are only for making variety in the gene pool. Their is only a 5% chance of obtaining male Happinies from an egg.

Type: Normal/Dragon
Evolves from Chanso with high friendship while holding Dragon Scale.
FakeDex: Blissaurus are incredibly rare pokemon. They can learn powerful and sometimes quite magical attacks. When bread with Blissey it's ofsring are able to learn many of these attacks no matter their gender.

I love the design. And I have to agree, I like there being male and female forms of all the pokemon that have only one gender. It does make a lot more since. Like Miltank and Tauros! XP
