Same here. If I remember correctly, she did her best to convince herself that she didn't love him and that he didn't love her, that she couldn't be loved, since she was the child of a forbidden union, and the granddaughter of an evil sorceress.

Indeed. The Sevenwaters series is definitely one of my favorites; have you read the latest book, "Flame of Sevenwaters"?

Unfortunately I'm yet to read past Child of the Prophecy. I've been slowly collecting them (out of order... but I borrowed a friends books).

Ah, gotcha. Yeah, I've been doing the same thing...though my library has some of the books and I've got the others. I hope you'll get to read the others sometime soon- they're wonderful!
