Description
My second blue-ringed octopus! The commissioner asked for the blue to be more intense and for there to be a beak in the mouth.
I quite like it!Needle-felted wool (I dyed the yellow and the light blue wool myself) over pipe-cleaner structure so it can move in almost all the ways an octopus can! Eyes are paper clay. From one outstretched arm to another, it has a diameter of about 11 inches; and its height is about 7 inches when not standing on its arms.
(I apologize for the photos -- I was separated from my usual one so had to borrow a friend's.)

Your craft in needle-felted wool creations is simply remarkable. The time and detail you put into these is mind boggling, not to mention eye candy. I love octopi, nautiluses, cuttlefishes, and snails especially. All in all, wonderful commission, and well worth every penny.

Oh this is sooo beautiful! I really like it. I love how all the blue rings turned out the cute face. The eye is beautiful too. My favourite part are the suckers, they are so cool and I wish I could feel them! The beak was a great touch too and of course makes it that much more real. I just love how vibrant this creature is <3
