Better? No?

So the idea is the same, Tidus was that "futuristic" chararacter, and Yuna the "traditional Japanese sorta" character, so I swapped em. Yuna is a summoner blitzball player and Tidus is a Besaid feudal swordsman. In tribute to Yuna's bra always showing through her robe thing, he gets a black tank. Plus their weapons are based off each others'.

Here's the altered story:

Yuna was the sweet, gentle star of the Zanarkand Abes. An attack on the city by the mysterious monster "Sin" transported her a new place and time. Ending up in Besaid, she was told that "Sin" can only be defeated by a summoner, but all of Spira despaired that a strong enough summoner had not been found in some time.

Determined to help, Yuna took the first Aeon trial and passed, but nearly collapsed; a swordsman posted at the temple caught her and took her to safety. Named Tidus, the unfailingly cheerful warrior turned out to be the son of a famous guardian of a past summoner. He quickly befriended Yuna and agreed to be her guardian. He also recruited his island friends Lulu and Wakka to accompany her to Zanarkand and challenge Sin.

The journey was fraught with complications such as Al Bhed, chocobos, and rescuing Tidus from his sinister half-guido finacee Seymoura at their wedding. Emotions culminated in Tidus's confession to Yuna that Sin is his father and that he is afraid to face him in Zanarkand. Knowing the sadness she feels at Tidus's pain is from her growing feelings for him, Yuna kisses him and finds that her love is returned.

For some time they traveled on and were happy, but eventually Yuna discovered the terrible secret everyone withheld from her. To defeat Sin, she must sacrifice her most beloved guardian...
