A little "Death of the Family" inspired piece.Pencil and ink on 9X12 100lb Smooth Bristol.
Inked with brush, Pitt pens and Pigma Microns.

idk, but it took place in Arkham Asylum, so I'm assuming the guy's bonkers too. He could've done it just to say he did it. But here's an important factor, Joker let him do it. I think because he was bored and wanted something different. Then he disappeared for a year. When he came back, he got his face back from the GCPD, strapped it back on, and became more deranged than ever. It's a pretty great read. He comes back in Batman # 13. I know it's more info than you asked for, but, well, there you have it.

Because he's the Joker and just likes to do wacky stuff. It is creepy as Hell when they show him full on.

The parts of him that have shown in his various outfits have made him look strong and wiry. I might have added a little too much bulk, but I was concentrating on lining the skin mask up so that his left eye is seen through the right eye socket of the face!
