i had some of that free time for once and decided it was finally time i got to do some personal work!the sketch for this was for a sequential assignment. i accidentally did it landscape instead of portrait (though thankfully the assignment had a planned redo of the sketch so i had a chance to fix my mistake) and decided i ought to not waste it, since i put so much work into it.
so here is my landscape, done in two sessions over two days. i don't like to spend too long on an single piece (especially if it's practice) so here we go. enjoy!

thanks~ though for detail things like this, i highly recommend looking at a reference. not copying is necessarily, but there's so much extra crap in cities we don't think of, so you just take elements from those like knocked over stop signs and garbage everywhere. i used a reference like that for this piece!
