A Christmas gift for my sister because Belle is one of her favorite princesses. I wanted to do a scene of Belle leaving right after the ballroom scene with Beast, and on the way she's realizing how much she cares about Beast and those inside the castle but is torn with that and her sense of duty to save her father. So she takes one last look back at the castle with the enchanted mirror in her hand to remind her of why she's leaving. The film is wonderful as it is but I feel like a longer scene like this would really have added emotional depth to the movie as Belle is leaving. I know by all rights she should be on horseback here with Phillipe but horses are challenging to draw and so are castles and I didn't want to overcrowd the image nor attempt something of that level lol.
