I did not die but it sure feels that way… I sit on my chair every morning near the window watching life passing me by; people running back and forth lucky to have somewhere to go… something to do… someone to share, they don't even realize how blessed they are just to be able to walk.
Birds do their dance and song twirling from tree to tree celebrating the sun as it rises above the rooftops how graceful and sweet, I wish I was a bird… free… free that's a dream that will never come to life for me.
I often wonder if I should finish what that car did not.
They say that the pain will go… eventually, but how will my heart ache disappear? Everything in life I used to enjoy is no more… gone to no return; I think it's time I'm certain it is, to do the final jump of my life… I'll gather what fragile strength I have left in my semi body of a human and open the window and fly like the birds… free.
