Description
, She was the most beautiful thing Rambriel had ever seen. In his short 17 years, he had seen many fillies, but none that matched Thalil's beauty.
With his father, Brogan, being so desperately ill, the three horses needed to find someone to help them. They had stumbled upon a lone stallion, who claimed knowledge of healing herbs, and his young daughter. Brogan was too weak to object, and Rambriel's mother Vriralti insisted that they stay with Balrog and Thalil at least for a night and see if Brogan could be healed.
That is when Rambriel noticed her.
Her flaxen mane fell like a river off a cliff, dragging on the ground with a soft rustle. She had a bold, white blaze on her liver chestnut face and two small socks on her back legs. Rambriel was instantly enchanted; she had flowers in her mane and bangles on her fetlocks, a cool blue bandanna around her tail and red gems around her neck.
He should have been suspicious of her attire; for her father had equal amounts. But she drew him away from the others, whispering soft, sweet words to him.
"Come with me, Rambriel," She purred. The way she said his name made a shiver go down the young Stallion's spine.
He followed her without question.
All night she whispered to him. Cooed him into a strange trance-like state that she called love. She circled him and brushed against him, confessing her affections for him. He, in turn, fell madly in love with the young mare.
It was not until the next night, which had been filled with bliss, did Rambriel hear the screams.
As he ran back towards his family, he heard her laughing behind him.
"What a fool you are, Rambriel! Don't you know a trick when you see it?"
By the time he arrived, his mother was bleeding from her head, stripped of her jewelry. His father was nearly dead. Balrog was still attacking his lifeless form. With a surge of strength and courage, Rambreil rammed into Balrog, stunning him. He, along with his mother, helped Brogan up and they all ran as fast as they could, stripped of thier items and trust in the world.
On thier way out, Thalil, adorned with Rambriel's mother's jewels, bit Rambriel harshly on the left shoulder, leaving a permanent scar.
But the deepest scar was left on his heart and his mind, and he swore off affections.
If any of you have RP'd with Ram for long enough you might have heard him mention 'The Woman.' So I thought I'd shed light on Thalil~ She was/is a con artist of sorts, killing horses and stealing thier items. She was vain, cruel, and enchanting.
