Description Vorgol's search of the ship revealed that he was the only survivor. The galley was well stocked with food, but the water tanks had been badly damaged in the crash, and the communications centre was so badly wrecked that he could not be sure that the automated distress signal was operational. Even if it was, the nearest ship was weeks away...

Beautiful terrain for sure, if I were that guy, I'd start treking for water, doesn't look like there is too much of it available!

This is so beautiful. It reminds me of the desert in Arizona and Nevada. I love the sun rays.Β

I hope there aren't too many crashed spaceships in the Arizona and Nevada deserts...!Β Β

Great light and atmopshere...but most I like how you combined the ship with the mountains.

Thank you. Placing the ship in amongst the mountains was the first step - only then did I start working on the lighting...

It merges really with the mountains.

Very nice piece of work.Β  I get the desolation and foreboding predicament of your character, but see not a trace of any thing to do with the sea or a shipwreck.Β  In my eye he's sitting out in a desert; a beautiful desert.

It's a spaceship that's crashed - if you zoom, you'll see it on the left of the image.

No problem. Maybe I was being just a bit too subtle in blending the ship with the mountains...?
