Making her return from KOF XIV, the former rejected NESTS experiment now electric pop idol with quite the fashion sense, Sylvie Paula Paula!

Now I'll be honest... I used to not like Sylvie at all. I used to think she was too annoying, and the funny faces she made were weird, but after growing up from a 18 year manboy into a 24 manboy, I got used to her appearance and her funny faces. Sylvie is nuts, so are the other people I know in real life, and Sylvie is a nut job that I wouldn't mind buying a ticket to see on stage jamming to her kind of music while seeing her use a megaphone to do so... She actually has a megaphone in her intro, her Max Mode start-up animation, her her taunt, her second win pose, and her time out pose.

So about Sylvie Paula Paula, she was introduced in The King of Fighters XIV as a member of Team Official Invitation with the sandman with a potty mouth, Kukri, and the Sichuan opera dancer, Mian. This team was actually invited by Antonov, the host of the fourteenth tournament, and self-proclaimed first champion. And all they did was... nothing major besides seeing a fire demon that held souls of dead fighters, who were mostly villains, within its body. Kukri left the team after Verse was destroyed, and we haven't heard anything from Sylvie since... until she was mentioned by Antonov to Kukri and ultimately coming back in the fifteenth installment of KOF.

Gotta say... she's got the interesting style of clothes. For those who aren't familiar with the inspiration of Sylvie and her crazy eye decorations with the flashy colors of her outfit, she is based on actual Japanese singer Kyary Pamyu Pamyu.

Sylvie is also another user in Electrokinesis in the KOF franchise, being the third after Orochi Shermie and Benimaru Nikaido. She can use her electricity to levitate off the ground while running and can also use it from creating electric streams and turning said electricity into a net and slamming her opponent into the ground once or multiple times. No, OH BOY, she can perform Ragnarok, that's a Strider Hiryu super reference *ahem* Marvel VS Capcom, and uses a Hype Beam like Maxima and she calls it "Denji Beam" that's actually a cool name.
