Description New Bird Pokemons

021 - TROTLY (corruption of Lily trotter)
- Flying
- Trot Bird PokΓ©mon
-"This Pokemon lives near the edges of ponds, feeding on insects and small fishes. He can fly with his strong wings, but prefers to walk with broad feet. His long, spreading toes and flattened claws distribute his weight very evenly, and he can walk on lilypads or even over water."

022 - CRUSIRRUS (Crane+Grus+Cirrus)
- Flying
- Evolves from TROTLY at lv 30
- Sky High PokΓ©mon (it shares that name with Rayquaza, lol)
-"CRUSIRRUS can fly for great distances and at huge heights, thanks to his long and powerful wings. He lives in high mountains where people usually cannot see him, and can glide for very long distances in search of his preferred food of flying insects. When flying at low speeds, he uses his feathered legs as an extra pair of wings for greater maneuvarability."

Thanks. The little one is based off a lily trotter and the big one off a Great Blue Windrunner, a four-winged crane that will live in the Himalayas 100 million years from now ^3^

Aw, thanks so much. I got the idea from that program on Animal Planet/BBC that speculates what life will be like millions of years from nao, "The Future is Wild" (I have it on DVD) One creature that looked like it could be easily turned into a Pokemon was the Great Blue Windrunner, which lives in the Himalayan Plateau 100 million years from nao. It has four wings and blue feathers to protect it from the sun as it soars over the clouds (hence the title).
I needed a crane Pokemon for my region, and since I physically don't fit the bill (remember, Skarmory is based on the Stymphalian Birds and not cranes per se), a Windrunner Pokemon would be perfect for a mountainous region.

And I'm making a contest to go with this guy, I'll post it later today

I read about that animal in a magazine called Illustrerad Vetenskap (Illustrated science) and they advertised about that DVD. They had all kinds of strange animals, like a sabertooth Wolverine and a combination between a bird and fish.
I want that DVD.

You may have noticed that the Flish (the last one) is part of the basis for my Water Starter
And if you don't have that DVD, try finding the stuff on Youtube, it's awesome

Is it the lizard that runs through deserts and catch flies?
I think they're called SaltΓΆdlor (Salt Lizards).

No, those were the Cryptiles. I meant the four-winged crane from the Great Plateau
