I'm so tired from cleaning, ugh… Started this last night, finished it tonight.

This is either a really fun cosplay, or a very strange crossover.
This isn't the first time I've touched on this.

Welp. I finished the InuYasha series. And. Tears. Were. Shed. So I'm on an InuYasha kick, oi.
The OCs chosen were picked in regards to how much like the InuYasha cast they are. Though my only problem, is that I couldn't think of anyone to draw as Shippo

Dissoto, of course, fits Inuyasha VERY well if considering his old character bio and him being part demon in the past stories of mine. And he remains an aggressive and temperamental character. It is difficult for Dissoto to show a sensitive side, and he's pretty grump most of the time. And like Inuyasha, Dissoto has to be taught how to love and appreciate things, and also chooses compassion and his friends over the "beast" in him.

Crystal is good as Kagome for her heart and untapped power. Crystal may not be a reincarnation of a priestess like Kagome, but she could easily play the part of a priestess of sorts for her power and internal purity. And I could just see Crystal using a bow and sacred arrows. And hers and Dissoto's relationship just… Perfect.

Jace is Miroku… Why? A saucy, intelligent, cursed to someday die monk; that's why. Jace may not be a real womanizer (that would be Midas), but he's still… Pretty gutter minded for a deku, if you think about it. He's got a good heart, but he spent a lot of years hitting on girls before he met Iris… And safe to say, he was pretty blunt with Iris (Not "Miroku rubbing Sango's butt then getting slapped" blunt, but still… Well, except the getting slapped part). But as I was watching InuYasha: The Final Act, the scenes between Miroku and Sango and Miroku's "curse" reaching it's limit, I just pictured Jace and Iris. Their scenes were very much focused on each other's love and sorrow, and it touched my heart a lot. And my character's adult personalities fit way too much to pass up. Just… Jace is a slightly tamer version of ol' perverted Miroku.
I wanted to draw his daggers hanging at his hips, because I can't see Jace without them. I was just too lazy.

Iris is Sango. Sango is just… Awesome. And as Iris gets older, she gets pretty daring herself, and she doesn't take crud from no one normally. She's got a horrific past to match Iris', and Iris even keeps her back scars due to Sango also having some (right in the same place, too). But when Sango isn't slaying demons and monsters, she can be very kind and understanding, even motherly- which Iris becomes passed her teen years and she matures. Miroku pushes her buttons often though, which NORMALLY leads to Sango hitting or slapping him XD and we know Iris has done that to Jace more than once. Iris fits well with Sango… And I really wanted to draw her in Sango's demon slayer outfit she looks so cool!

Skits is Kirara. Instead of Sango's little cat companion that transforms into a giant powerful saber-toothed feline; we got Iris' strange bird-creature companion whom can change form to become a giant vicious bird-beast. Why not?

Dissoto, Crystal, Jace, Iris, and Skits all belong to me.
