Meaning that the sequence of your photographs that I looked at it began to convince me that you are quite an Artist; until I saw the shibari photograph. Shibari is a practice that enacts/demonstrates violence against women. Oh, yes, there may be consent; it may be "redefined" as mutual pleasure, etc., but the nature of the act arises from binding and subjugating a woman---a process no woman deserves to experience or endure. The photographing of this practice, and subsequent presentation of such a photograph as art, is a travesty upon the concepts of Beauty and Art.

Not a cul de sac at all. Women are, by their very nature, works of art---the living embodiment of supreme Beauty. To subject that Beauty to even the image or accessories of violence, even if the violence is not intended, is actually a violation of Art. There, my friend, is the cul de sac.
