Colored version of the sketch I posted the other day.Supporting the whole sky on one's own must be tiring enough without having to keep the Sun AND the Moon up. Finally Celestia can get some rest.
So we're supposed to get more Luna in Season 2 :3 This makes feather happy.

It's nice to see that she has a happy ending in the end (unlike most things), but one thing bugs me. DAMN! That's a long time to not not have a nightmare or sleep!

I figure that she was still Nightmare Moon when she was on/in the moon.She becomes Nightmare Moon,Nightmare Moon gets banished,Nightmare Moon returns,and then Luna comes back.

Celestia's horn is pretty absurdly long looking. I am reminded of a Narwhale looking at that horn, and her face in general in panels 2 & 3. Pretty "Daaw"ish regardless.

I love this image, though I believe the reason for her restless nights was more to due with nightmares of what she was forced to do rather than just having to take care of the sky herself for 1000 years.
