Here's some ideas I've sketched over the past few days, for funs. :3 I wanna complete these sometime, full color and all, if I get the time for it.I blame Assetto Corsa for the racey mood. Just wish the game brought some RaceQueen cuties too...

Lovely drawings though - really capture the feel of the race day experience. Bike racing is similar but the crowd are generally a bit wilder looking - you should draw some of that too maybe?

Yes it's a good figure, but my biker soul says the 2013 one is better because she is wearing proper racing leathers (well, kinda - it's Miku after all). Also the 2013 model has that cute little band-aid on her nose which is just . . . mmmmf.
p.s. They don't tell you that you'll have to put all the stickers on yourself and they are water-based transfers of the type I used to put on my old Airfix model kits back in the day. Those are fiddly and fragile but the bike and Miku look good enough with the bare minimum that come pre-applied, apart from the black area over the motor / batteries. I'll put them on some other time

OH! Wow, no, I didn't know that! Luckily I'm well used to applying water-decals. Been building plastic scale models ever since I have memory. Currently finishing a couple of Hasegawa's 1/72 tanks. Gotta say... japanese do the best water transfers I've seen, so I trust it won't be a problem with Miku's! :3

Good to hear that things have moved on since I last did water transfers
I mean, I assumed you are getting the bike as well because why wouldn't you? I'm also not 100% convinced Miku's hips are wide enough to ride the bike properly although there are plenty of photo showing her doing so. I just wonder if there's actually a leg missing that you can't see in the picture - how awful would that be?
Anyway, once I've done the transfers I'm going to glue the headstock to the front forks - they detach so it's easier to apply the transfers but they come apart kind of easily. Normal people (or "muggles" as I like to call them) don't understand how we suffer for our Figmas, I think.
