I have mixed feelings about Rowena [mainly due to the writing of and direction of her character], but she's still pretty cool and her actress is wonderful so yeah. She's a pretty wicked witch.
OTHER STUFF
the flowers are blackthorn blossoms [blackthorn trees being associated with witchcraft and evil], the faces entwined with her hair are people under the influence of her magic.
Drawn traditionally with 2B 0.05mm pacer, photographed then coloured in gimp. This took me far longer than i initially anticipated.

I think the main issue i have with her is how obvious she is with her manipulations [especially when she was trying to turn crowley against his demons]; but aside from that [and maybe the fact she talks in a really weird way; not the accent, more the word choice] I really like her.
