Thank you. I did it on accident, but when I looked at it, it reminded me of the congruent sign, but also the differences itself making up that sign: one straight line and one curvy line. Lol it's all about the symbolism.

Yup, definitely. But it is working through the system. Prop 8 was found unconstitutional in CA court, now it, I believe, is headed to the National Supreme Court. I'm just crossing my fingers.

When the judge ruled it was unconstitutional, then gays should have been allowed to marry unless it was reversed again. That's bullshit that even though the judges ruling hasn't been reversed yet that gays still can't marry if they want

I'd love to see it happen. America in the constitution was supposed to be equal rights and equal opportunities for everyone, and have freedom of religion and freedom of speech. It's not like that. It's becoming more and more like a Police state now. Besides marriage, Gays are harassed and tormented. They can't be themselves with out some prick giving them shit. And it's not just gays either. If you're not Caucasian white and Christian in the U S and believe the same way they do, you're tormented. I hate it. I can only imagine at times what you must go through day to day at times cause you're lesbian. So the fuck what? Pardon my language, you're still an awesome beautiful and sweet person, and an awesome friend

lol I agree with some parts of that. There's so much going on right now. And I've been lucky. I don't get too much sh*t (at least not to my face) about being lesbian. Even when I had a girlfriend last year, we didn't face very much harassment besides occasional strange looks.

Well you shouldn't even be getting any strange looks either. And try going outside of the Escondido area with your Girlfriend and go to little cities and you would probably experience all kinds of harassment from the rednecks there. I know it cause my closest friend from High School's gay and he gets it all the time in small towns whenever he shows affection in public with his lover.

That must be terrible. I'm a supporter of limited PDA. In other words, it's not polite to be nearly having sex but with your clothes on in public, but some general sincere affection is absolutely acceptable. I don't know how to explain my view on the matter of PDA in a more concise manner, so I suppose that should suffice.
I suppose in today's society the strange looks are inevitable. I even look at same-sex couples...though more in support and pride and tinges of jealousy that they have each other, than in a strange "OMG those are two girls O.O"
Does any of that make sense? I have a sneaking suspicious that nothing I'm rambling even reads like proper english..
