FELI NEXT TIME SCAN BEFORE YOU LAMINATE IT DAMMIT. ive been sick ;-; so computer screen is not been a thing i have been looking at. so i drew hikari in his new design that im yet to finish.
the scan makes it look so nasteh cause my scanner is cheep as heck but im really happy with this badge ;v;Β

Nope it's not a closed species your allowed to make one just don't I guess copy Hikari's design!

Actually I'm not the original creator of Hikari and I think he was part of an original species that the artist was planning to use. You will have to ask the original designer as I did buy Hikari and just developed him as my own character. And yes he is a fox i think the original design he was a "star painter".
