And it is not cute pictures, its just the shock from seeing Medusa actually showing Crona Motherly affection, or any picture of her acting like a mother for that matter, Since in our Dimension She is just as evil as in the main Soul Eater one and her mother is responsible for the death of his. I know it goes for a while, but i havent followed anything beyond the anime

the manga is a Little bit different from the Anime: beeing nice to her DAUGHTER is a part of Medusas evil plan. She wants crona to kill her to complete the experiment of the black blood . She reachs her objective cause crona doesn't know how to deal with it and stabs her... (I prefer the manga)
