This is the Oracle of Ashe! She's a young filly born with the ability to see the future, although being blind, she doesn't get conventional "visions". Her gift comes in the form of extreme premonitions, her word and guidance helping make powerful leaders decide which paths to take based on how negative the outcome. Her visions are vague and she cannot predict a clear future, only guide other leaders to make their own choices. She is the Empress' direct right hand and best friend, raised with her from birth and her entrusted ally.

Despite being protected and raised under the Sun god Sol, having a tie to the Moon god Lune as a unicorn will always be with her.
