All you had to do to improve the PPSH-41 is give it a sort of fore grip. Simple as that.

Yes, when I saw PPSH-41 first time, I had a question: "Why it doesn't have a fore-end?" So, In my work, I tried to fix this construction disadvantage.
Of course, today we can see some modern grips, collimator sights, and even underbarrel grenade launchers for PPSH, but I wanted to imagine, how could it possibly look in WWII times.
