It has been two months, two injuries to my drawing hand and now, it's finally done.

There are a lot of elements in here I have never tried; so please be gentle.

I'm learning piece by piece.

Background

Some images you just can't get out of your head.

This little scene played out in front of my window at work over a year ago and it's gotten stuck.

The emptied-out streets, the limited view and the smart birdy waiting out the heavy rain underneath the parked car outside my window just had something so peaceful about it. It felt a little like magic.
