)Third piece in my Sonic 25th collection!
This one's a little tribute to one of my biggest Sonic influences as I grew up: Sonic the Comic (aka STC). They had a predominantly different tone to them than other Sonic media, often darker and/or more serious. (Also the comics covered other Sega games too like Ecco, Streets of Rage, and of course Decap Attack, which was also cool XD) You can see a fair amount of STC's influence in my work, sometimes, though nowadays I draw Sonic a lot more Sega style, when I write him he's a mixture of the two.

I usually grew up on the archie comics, but i love this as much as that. I got grew up on that when i used to watched SonicKing's STC videos. but he had to delete due to stupid copyright laws. Thanks Sonic the Comic reviews!

Sadly I never got to enjoy this comic.Β Never even heard about it until long after it ended.Β But I thank the on-line continuation for introducing some of its wonderful characters to me.Β Personally i would mind if Archie adopted a few of them.

if you ever wanted to read it there's always somewhere online with scans, though for obvious reasons i'm not going to link them to you ^_^; But regardless, it's nice to hear that STC-O has helped people get into the continuity too
As for Archie, I'd rather they didn't personally, and due to legal reasons etc they couldn't outside of one or two cameos anyway. Too much paperwork XD
