Looks like Cobalt's still getting used to his new size... and so is the rest of downtown Stockton. He'll get the hang of it, but I still don't know about all the people below.

I did say I wanted to do more micro AND macro art, so I made this last night as a) my first non-school diorama project, and b) my first piece of work where Cobalt Blaze is a macro. Over six hours of cutting, drawing, and taping later, and a now giant Cobalt has gone from taking flight with a paper airplane to cautiously making his way down W. Fremont St., in a modified version of my hometown of Stockton, CA. The foremost buildings are the Stockton Arena, its parkade, and the adjacent hotel, and I pretty much BS'd every other building in the background, because Stockton's skyline isn't all that big. But I wanted the diorama to have more substance to it than if I just did Stockton's normal skyline, so there you go.
