A decent ref, yes? I was playing around with textures and combined a whole bunch and came up with that background. Because apparently I don't know how to use textures right oh well.

I like designing shit.

A little bit about Mae- she's a chubby stocky dog, and a mongral.
She's very easy going, tries to avoid conflict when she can (though will jump through hoops for those she's close to), and has an independent kind of personality. She can be rather obnoxious at times but is clumbsy as hell, hence the lab.
And I'll feel stupid if I go into more detail than that.

Likes: laying around, the beach (hometown is in Florida), eating cheese or hamburgers, exploring, hanging out near street musicans, acting like an idiot, I can't think of much else right now..

Dislikes: crowds, bugs, the cold, veggies.... will add more.

No I didn't base her off any dog/character I've seen, but basically combined her looks from the dogs that I love/feel represent me the most. She has that Anatolian Shepherd fawn colouring with the dark mask, the rottie "point" and body type, those hound lips and ears. The chow chow gives her a bit of a longer coat as well as a spotted tongue, and the lab- well she likes to eat and at times just acts like one at times.
Yes I know the red is very unrealistic- but it's been a characteristic of my fursona that made it unique to me ever since I was- what, 13? The red paw pads and pinna of the ears that is. Every one of my fursona's has it, like I said I feel that this makes every one especially unique to me.
