Indeed. Chang also had a kind of charisma with him that made him a true Klingon. His character was further elaborated upon in the game Star Trek: Klingon Academy, where he's one of the major characters as the player's mentor.

Indeed. Although I don't have the game myself, I have seen enough of it to know that Chang may have been one of the greatest Klingons alive, whom eventually got what he wanted; an honorable death against a hated enemy.
