Yes, oil on canvas. The pallet knife style is still new.
Not sure its suited for F1 tho... the logos dont interpret well...

yes... nothing like Ferrari red... wish they could settle on one shade. Lately they have been switching alot.
Nowadays they are a deeper crimson colour.
