So what do you call this species? Reminds me of a fennec fox or those Egyptian hairless cats.
I'm intregued by the story around these characters as well.

Good question. I can't recall the names of the species in this story arc, but basically the figures in this story are inspired from the depictions of mythical gods and creatures from ancient mythology. Sanga's race is to Bastet while Tyriq's is Anubis.
I'm starting with ancient Egypt, but I want to incorporate Greek mythology and the mythology of the ancient Mycenaeans too, and others if I can. Its not an echo ancient mythos arcs, just visually inspired from the visual element of ancient myth. the story itself is of my creation.
just having fun with it for now and seeing where it goes.
