That's taken from the anime. Early in the Shippuuden series, Naruto admits to reading his book to page 10 before he couldn't read anymore cause it was too boring. Anyways, thanks!

Hee, thank you! Yeah, I agree the hand looks weird XD Totally valid point. Meh, I wasn't even sure if that material across the palm of his hand is right... I just noticed it from the sides of his hand, but couldn't find an open palm reference.
