On a really good day, after it has rained a lot, if you go the the 12 Apostles you will find that a waterfall will have formed, dumping fresh water down to the sea. It's not very common because there needs to have been a decent amount of rain beforehand. Not to mention it's bloody freezing there on days that rain. If you're keen enough I would definitely recommend it, it's worth it for shots like this!
I managed to catch it while passing through one day and I haven't seen it since although I don't go through all that often so it will most likely have happened plenty of times since.
