I think I grasp what you're trying to say, Rae. Personally, I've never had a problem with Adrian's gender ID stuff - he's a guy, no matter how stunning he looks in a dress. But the vibes you're getting? I can see your point.
I really like that Adrian's this way. It makes him very unique to me.
If the community is, for lack of a better word, "smart," what they should do is be... I guess... open-minded? enough to maybe grasp what it is you're trying to do or show? Evolve themselves to accomodate, not necessary have the characters (or even their creators) evolve to fit them.
Did any of that make sense? Cause it made sense in my head.

I don't necessarily think people are being intolerant/close-minded or trying to scold anyone (for now hahahaaaa). :0 I just wanted to point out something that I feel like some people were missing. Which is that the way you dress does not have to define who you are/your identity!!
I don't really know how to explain the vibes. I just like. Had this feeling that people were forgetting. Somehow.

Ah, okay. Yeah, I totally agree with that. Clothing shouldn't define anyone in any way - it's just the fabric that people choose to cover themselves with.

The moment I saw that suit, I thought of James Bond. Now I can't stop thinking of Adrian as some super spy action hero! XD

Ok i have to say adrian looks damn good in a suit we need to see more of him in a suit cause i mean it, this looks really good on him.
From what i've always seen adrian seems like a man even as he's feminine always seen him as a man, then again i'ts just me as individual having that impression of him.Β

I always figured Adrian as the type that is confident enough with his manhood that he's not uncomfortable embracing his more feminine features u v u
Also gender identity is an important thing to understand thank you for doing the thing

i wouldn't say he's confident, but he's embraced the fact that's just how he is. and he makes the best of it eeeyyyy

Well, yeah, I mean it's not because Adrian looks good in a dress and makeup that people are going to forget he's a dude.
Also I wish I could be as sharp as he is in a suit. I'm not even joking.

ok but do you remember what community this
this is the community that has a sub-community of turning men into women
and just because there's people that understand this kind of stuff does not mean that everyone does
so
yeah........................

I know what you're getting at
I am part of that sub-community o3o
But really I don't know what other people might have said about him, so I speak for myself when I say what I said before

Yeah I kinda meant everyone at first, but then I realized there have to be people who need to be explained these kinds of things, so yeah, now I'm just talking for myself.
Still love him tho.

You're legitimatelly the inspiration for like half the people in this community, including creeps like me
I hope my characters can get to be as defined and humane as yours are X.X

oh noooo no one individual really has a part in this. it's just that i'm starting to get the vibe that people (the community as a whole) like. think of adrian as a girl. which he's just. not.Β
agh ok. i really didn't explain myself well hold up i'll even break out the proper grammar and shit.
Ok. Adrian's feminine. There's really no denying that and it's something I've been completely aware of since he fell out of my head. Like, not just physically but characteristically he has a lot of ""traditionally feminine"" traits. Which is the part that I show and I portray on here. Because I know for a fact that's just how he is. But the Kisekae community as a whole isn't... super versed in this stuff. Like 'ey things have really expanded over the last year or so but recently I've been getting the vibe that a lot of people are like "feminine = girl" and people just. Forget. That he's not. Like you can wear a dress and still be a man. But again I forget about the community I'm involved in and realize that what I'm doing and what everyone's seeing are two different things.
TL;DR I'M BASICALLY JUST GOING OFF ABOUT GENDER IDENTITY LMAO

ProlificPaper In reply to FictionHell [2015-03-06 08:34:56 +0000 UTC]
No, no, I completely get it!Β
To be honest, I wish I understood enough about gender identity to properly contribute to the awareness, but I still don't know a lot about it. I guess it sort of just slipped my mind?? idk..
