Heartache...god this game it breaks my soul, when it comes to toriel my heart melts and I feel pretty guilty when thinking I killed her the first time I played

I came literally within a hair of killing her. She had one hit left on her health bar. And realized just then that the game would NOT automatically stop me from killing her like I blithely assumed that it would...and I was so horrified I broke my own RP rules and Googled for a way to save the dear old lady who had just baked me a pie and given me my own room.
Even after sparing her I felt guilty as hell for injuring my adoptive mother so badly that IRL she'd be in the hospital fighting for her life, and it was ALL MY FAULT. I couldn't even call 911 on the cell phone she'd given me.
I'm usually so moral with my in-game decisions that other players think I'm odd for trying to save everyone or not leading allies into traps just for the laughs, and I STILL got bit in the behind by my complacency.

yay but i reset so i'm in the hotlands i think because i know i saved undyen. i'm doing a nutral run, then a genicoed run, and finnaly a passive run. but omg killing characters like. toriel, papyrus, undyen, mettaton, and the hell that is sans' fight is going to be tough

I played the demo and I've got to be honest.... its a pretty cool game, and nowadays the pixelated games are coming back, and the story is awesome too.
I feel sorry for leaving/killing Toriel :S, It is sad both ways... and I like her because she is so motherly the whole time 
I hope there will be more, tis a demo and all
Who knows.... but this game has my thumbs up... all two

I think it's really hard to get a good ending when plaing this for the first time, as Undertale
completely changes people's MMO gamewise thinking
