Absolutely beautiful! I envy your ability to mold the plastics to form the casing. The bits of red and dirt are great touches to show the wear and tear on the portal gun.

It was wireform wrapped in fabric and then coated with Durham's Rock Hard Water Putty. The putty made it pretty heavy but it was the best I could do with my time constraint.

I took pictures of my process that I will post after Halloween. I'll also pull the links for all the other tutorials I consulted so I guess that's close to doing my own!!! Just stay tuned, haha. It'll most likely be part of a Flickr album.
